How It Works — From Photo to Portrait in 4 Steps

Step 1 — Upload your photo

At checkout, upload the photo you’d like us to work from. Phone photos are fine; higher resolution gives sharper detail. One pet per portrait unless you order a custom multi-pet piece.

Step 2 — We create your portrait

A real artist recreates your pet in the style you picked. We clean up backgrounds and refine the fur, eyes, and expression. Typical turnaround: 24–48 hours.

Step 3 — Approve your free proof

We email you a digital proof. Want a change — different background, warmer colors, a bigger smile? Reply and we’ll revise it. Revisions are free until you’re happy.

Step 4 — We print and ship

Once you approve, your portrait goes to print and ships from our US production partner. You’ll get a tracking link by email.

How long does it take?
Proof within 24–48 hours; printing and shipping typically 3–7 business days after you approve.

What if my photo isn’t great?
Send it anyway. We’ll tell you honestly if we need a better shot, and we’ll work with what you have.

Do you do more than one pet?
Yes — choose a multi-pet option or message us before ordering.

Can I get it without a background?
Sure. Tell us “plain background” in the order notes and we’ll keep it clean.

What if I don’t like the proof?
Reply with what you’d change. Revisions are free. If we still can’t get it right, you get a full refund.
