30-day returns
If the glove isn’t right for your pet, you have 30 days from delivery to change your mind.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- For parcels shipped from our dispatch partner, we cover the return postage — just
contact us and we’ll send you the return address - Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the
parcel arriving back at our returns address
Quality issues
If the glove arrives damaged or fails in normal use, send us a photo and we’ll replace it.
You don’t need to return a faulty item first.
