Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our dispatch partner direct to your door. Every parcel is tracked end to end.
Dispatch
- 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed
- Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned
Delivery
- 8–16 days after dispatch to most of Australia
- 10–18 days after dispatch to New Zealand
- Remote areas (NT, far WA, TAS) may add 2–3 days
Customs & import fees
Orders with a value under A$1,000 are exempt from customs duty and import GST in Australia,
so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. If your order were above that
threshold, the amount would be shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all orders within Australia and New Zealand.
