1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we can’t fulfill it.

2. Your photo and your rights

You confirm you own the photo you upload or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. You keep ownership of your photo; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to create and produce your order. We won’t use your photo in our marketing without your explicit permission.

3. Artwork and proofs

You’ll receive a digital proof for approval. Artwork becomes final once approved. Revisions are free before approval.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. We use third-party payment processors; we don’t store full card numbers.

5. Prohibited content

We may refuse any order containing unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
